Fully customized programs are also an affordable option. Starting with conversations between our instructional designers and your key stakeholders, we build your training from the ground up. We identify your objectives, select the specific skills and strategies to accomplish the objectives, develop the content, incorporate your culture, design exercises and activities for active participation and provide follow-up coaching. Then, you'll have an opportunity to discuss your particular objectives with our trainer–who will incorporate your input into the training day. • Modify the program to half-day, one-day or multi-day sessions

Level 2: Enhance

In addition to Level 1:

• Combine content from two or three SkillPath courses into one blended course
• Modify sessions, exercises and action plans to better reflect the blended course material

Level 3: Full customization

In addition to Level 1 and 2:

Instructional designers create learning segments unique to your organization by:
